Eligibility For Exchange

 If You’re are not happy with our product, we can offer you 1 days exchange.

  • Exchange should be requested within 1 Days of delivering the product. Email us at customercare@sevrat.com or WhatsApp
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer
  • We do not accept the exchange request in case the correct product was delivered as shown in picture and If you still wish to return the product that is delivered and get it changed, you need to bear the shipping charges that include the product being picked up from your place and the new product you wish to order. Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*
Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at  customercare@sevrat.com
